Understanding Your Relationship with Food + Intuitive Eating Introduction - Reflect on your food mindset + behaviors and receive guidance from intuitive eating experts (us!) about what it IS and what it ISN'T, because it's way more than “eat whatever you want whenever you want”.
Ditch the Diet - Finally understand the science and psychology behind the reason you can't stick to a diet long-term (spoiler alert: it's not you, it's the diet!) and why your weight keeps fluctuating.
Make Peace with Food - Stop thinking about food 24/7 and ditch food guilt for good. Quiet the inner food critic and food noise you've been struggling with for years so you can finally start to think about other things outside of what you've had to eat that day, what you are going to eat next, and what the number on the scale said that morning.
Set-Point Weight + Body Image - Understand metabolism, figure out how to find a stable weight (instead of yo-yoing every 6-12 months) and learn to speak kinder to your body.
